Pat Ganahl is the author of several CarTech books, including definitive works on Ed "Big Daddy" Roth and Von Dutch. He is a life-long hot rodder and has been the editor of Hot Rod, Rod & Custom, and Street Rodder magazines and is a regular contributor to The Rodder's Journal. Pat is recognized as one of the world's foremost authorities on traditional hot rods and custom cars and is also a photographer and photo archivist. He lives in Southern California.
